Ethics and Compliance Hotline
The NSG Group’s Ethics & Compliance Hotline enables you to report possible violations of law, especially anti-trust and anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, in addition to all aspects of fraud in relation to the companies of the NSG Group.
This hotline for reporting information is open to all NSG Group employees as well as third parties such as customers and suppliers. It is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year in multiple languages via a web portal or phone lines. Toll-free phone lines have been set up in all countries in which the NSG Group has locations.
The confidential hotline is operated by a qualified third party reputable in the area and includes a data privacy module. All reports received are reviewed and managed by the NSG Group’s Ethics and Compliance Function. When warranted, an appropriate investigation, using internal or external resources will be conducted.. The NSG Group will do everything possible to keep reporter identity confidential. If that is not possible, for example if a report becomes the subject of a criminal investigation, the Group will always contact the reporter before its identity is released. Any form of retaliation against an individual who has reported a concern or incident will not be tolerated. The NSG Group will apply appropriate measures against directors, officers and employees that are found to have violated the NSG Group’s Code of Ethics or any law for that matter.
During its investigations, the NSG Group will also strive to protect the legitimate interests of other persons affected by the reporting. Casting suspicion on another person can have serious consequences for that person. It is essential that the hotline is used responsibly.
