Greenery and connection to nature is what we all might be lacking today – we are staying in self-isolation and getting some greens inside is a good idea. You can renovate your home a little bit adding green shades here and there, and today I’d like to share some ideas on going green in the kitchen – green in very real sense!
Color Scheme
Green and white is perhaps one of the best color schemes for a kitchen as it’s rather natural, green is a perfect way to add color to the space and it doesn’t annoy after some time – we are all used to it usually. There are lots of shades of green to fit everyone – from pale and light greens to bold and dark green and teal, so you’ll be able to create a very natural and soft space or a contrasting and extra bold one. The proportions of green and white are also up to you depending on what look you want. Suh a color combo is usually enlightened with metallics, mostly copper and gold but you may go bold and modern with black, too, or soften the look with natural wood shades and grains.

Furniture And Accessories
When you decide on the amount of each color in the space, go for green or white cabinets or only green or white ones, it’s up to you. If you have a white kitchen and wanna add color to it, it can be easily done with a green tile backsplash, rugs, accessories and potted greenery. If you wanna refresh your green kitchen, go for white stone countertops, a white tile backsplash and stools or chairs. Don’t forget that accessories also matter: rock bold green cookware, porcelain and other smaller stuff.
